Terms of Payment and Delivery
Sale
Once you have submitted your order the delivery of the goods in stock will be made within 24/48 from receipt of payment.
For the goods not immediately available in stock, we will ship within 10-15 working days after payment.
The goods are sent with free packaging and accompanied by delivery note or invoice that shows a list of all the items shipped. The invoice must be requested at time of order, indicating the number of VAT. In no case invoices will be issued after the shipment.
Delivery is made at home by our courier, in case of absence, your order will be in stock at the forwarder's premises and we will contact you to provide personally for collection within 2 days of the notice. If you decide to personally carry out the withdrawal of the package, you can decide to take the retainer deposit with the express courier.
The prices of each item always include VAT. If changes in rates of VAT or other indirect taxes should occur after the print of the catalogues, the new rates will be applied to the prices. Transport costs, as lump sum, are also subjected to standard VAT.
Recess
You can take advantage of the RIGHT TO WITHDRAW OR COOLING, contacting us first and then returning the purchased product at your expense WITHIN 10 DAYS from the date of receipt, IN INTACT PACKAGE to:

Fashionglobetrotter accepts without hesitation the return of any item, provided it is in perfect condition and in compliance with the deadlines for exercising the right of withdrawal. Will refund the full amount (except for the cost of packing and shipment, as required by Italian law).
Although not required by law, but as to optimize the service, we would be happy to receive a short note explaining the reason for the cancellation through the contact form on www.doganddolls.com
Are non-refundable items personalized customer demand for which is also 'no right of withdrawal (Art. 5 paragraph 3 letter c D.Lg.185/99)

You can choose from three types of payment: BANK TRANSFER, CREDIT CARD, PAY-PAL.
For any payment method, you will be contacted one day prior to shipping to reconfirm the amount.
Transport
Italy:
Your orders will be shipped via Express Courier, the fee is of € 6.00 for standard shipping and € 15.00 for shipping large volumes throughout Italy.
For orders over 59.00 shipments in Italy are free.
Delivery Courier:
24/48/72 hours depending on the location you want to achieve.
Foreign countries:
Your orders will be shipped via Express Courier, the fee of € 15.00 for standard shipping and 25.00 euro for shipping large volumes.
Delivery Courier:
4/6 working days depending on the location to reach.
